Dr. Giuseppe Carcò is an animal nutritionist holding a Ph.D. in Animal and Food Science from the University of Padua (2019) with the thesis “Effect of reductions in feed allowance and dietary amino acids content on feeding behaviour, growth performance, nutrient excretion and meat quality of growing pigs belonging to different genetic types”.
A specialist in swine and ruminant feed formulation since 2018, he has been Head of the Formulation Department at Carra Mangimi SPA since 2025, leading formulation operations and technical product development.
