Partner Tasting
We believe it is important to showcase our partners' products, which is why we have created the Tasting Corner. Here, participants can sample a selection of delicacies, including artisan cheeses, Mangalica pork specialties, Vivafarm sausages, salamis, and hams. We will also offer a tasting of premium Hungarian wines from the renowned Szekszárd wine region.
Rum Tasting Corner
Rum is one of the world's most diverse and fascinating spirits, produced from sugarcane or molasses. Although its origins lie in the Caribbean, many countries—including Cuba, Jamaica, Barbados, Guatemala, and Venezuela—have developed their own distinctive rum-making traditions. The character of a rum is greatly influenced by its aging process and maturation time. From light, fruity white rums to rich, barrel-aged premium varieties with notes of caramel, vanilla, spices, and oak, rum offers an exceptionally broad spectrum of flavors. As part of the symposium's accompanying program, we invite our guests to discover an exciting selection of exceptional rums from around the world. This tasting experience offers the opportunity to explore unique labels and flavors that many visitors may be encountering for the very first time.
Street Food
This year, we are making our Gala Dinner even more diverse by welcoming our guests with a selection of delicious street food specialties at the entrance of the hotel. Street food is one of the most popular and exciting trends in modern gastronomy, bringing the flavors of different cultures from around the world together in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. These dishes are prepared fresh, are easy to enjoy, and offer outstanding quality with a wide variety of flavors. Our street food selection includes gourmet burger sliders (beef, salmon, and pork), chili con carne served with crispy fried tortillas, and a range of specialties prepared on the iconic Big Green Egg grill. And, of course, no Hungarian culinary experience would be complete without the traditional Lacipecsenye. Here, guests can sample delicious Vivafarm specialties, including traditional blood and liver sausages, smoked sausages, and crispy, slow-roasted pork knuckle.
Evening Entertainment
After a full day of inspiring scientific sessions, we invite our guests to unwind and enjoy high-quality evening entertainment at two different venues. Our aim is to create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation, networking, and memorable shared experiences. In the hotel lobby, a piano bar performer will provide elegant live music, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance for conversation. Meanwhile, the eight-piece Vegas Show Band will transform the Snack & Bowling Bar into a vibrant party venue with an energetic live performance, ensuring an unforgettable evening for all.
